    • Blue cheese & garlic stuffed mushrooms (v)

    • Smoked duck breast & beetroot salad, lambs lettuce, toasted walnuts, raspberry dressing

    • Curried cauliflower soup, sprout & onion bhaji, crispy chickpeas, mint yoghurt (v /vg avail)

    • Crayfish & prawn cocktail, smoked salmon, baby gem, marie rose sauce

    • Pre-event Christmas Mains

    • Prosciutto wrapped roast turkey ballotine, chestnut & cranberry stuffing, pigs in blankets, red wine gravy

    • Slow roast daube of beef, button mushrooms, carrots, curly kale, creamed mash

    • Baked salmon, cranberry & herb crust, cider braised leeks, samphire, hasselback potatoes
