All our burgers are 100% 21 day dry aged ground chuck steak and cooked medium unless otherwise requested. Served in a brioche bun (gf avail) with flat leaf lettuce, pickled gherkin & slaw.
Our Aberdeen Angus and Hereford cross beef is 28 days aged on the bone using Himalayan salt. All steaks are served with confit tomato, portobello mushroom, triple cooked chips and watercress.
Gluten free pizza base available +£2.50 Vegan cheese available.
We use organic Shipton Mill flour, mozzarella and homemade tomato sauce.
