Strictly Stand Up On Wednesdays is our brand new weekly midweek comedy night featuring a showcase of UK headliners and circuit new stars curated and promoted by The Comedy Box. Table seating, reserved row seating, and unreserved row seating are all available to book online.
Compere Jeremy Flynn introduces award-nominated comedian Micky Overman whose previous Edinburgh shows received critical acclaim. She has written for and acted in sketches for ITV2, Channel 4, BBC3, Pulped, and The Hook, and her social media sketches have received millions of views. She’s done tour support for Jamali Maddix, Fern Brady, and Sean McLoughlin.
A bedrock of surgically sharp writing combined with a cool and confident delivery make Micky an exceptional comedian. Her material moves quickly from devastating honesty to brutal whimsy, to on-point social observations. She already has the aura of a successful comic well beyond her years.
